Purchases of physical book editions through the IPRKI website are subject to the following conditions:
Return period: Customers may return a physical book within 15 days of delivery.
Return conditions: Returns are accepted only if the book is unopened, undamaged, or if the wrong book was sent.
Return shipping cost: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed upon with the IPRKI team.
Refund or replacement: Customers are entitled to either a refund or a replacement, depending on their preference and agreement.
Refund method: Refunds are issued via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Damaged items: In case the book arrives damaged, the customer must send photographic evidence, after which further resolution will be arranged.
