Purchases of physical book editions through the IPRKI website are subject to the following conditions:<\/p>

  1. Return period<\/strong>: Customers may return a physical book within 15 days<\/strong> of delivery.<\/p><\/li>

  2. Return conditions<\/strong>: Returns are accepted only if the book is unopened, undamaged<\/strong>, or if the wrong book<\/strong> was sent.<\/p><\/li>

  3. Return shipping cost<\/strong>: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed upon with the IPRKI team.<\/p><\/li>

  4. Refund or replacement<\/strong>: Customers are entitled to either a refund or a replacement<\/strong>, depending on their preference and agreement.<\/p><\/li>

  5. Refund method<\/strong>: Refunds are issued via the original payment method<\/strong> used at the time of purchase.<\/p><\/li>

  6. Damaged items<\/strong>: In case the book arrives damaged, the customer must send photographic evidence<\/strong>, after which further resolution will be arranged.<\/p><\/li>

    Note: This policy does not apply to digital books<\/strong> purchased via Amazon Kindle<\/strong> or other third-party platforms.
