5. What do you mean by critical infrastruture?

Asset, system or its part located in the Member states which is necessary for maintenance of vital social functions, health, the wellbeing of people, as well as the violation or destruction that would have a significant impact on the state.

Systems and assets, either physical or virtual that are vital for the state and their incapacity or distruction can have an impact on security, economic security, public health, or any combination of these assets.

Organizations and institutions of great significance to the community, whose failure or deterioration can cause a permanent lack of supplies, major disruptions in public order, and other dramatic landscapes.
