IRACI is an independent institute dedicated to improving the security of citizens, businesses and society as a whole. Our work combines academic rigour with the practical needs of the public and private security sectors.
Through research, analysis, educational programmes, publishing and the strategic networking of all relevant actors, we contribute to a new security culture grounded in democratic principles and respect for human rights.

The experts behind the institute
Marjan Marjanović
Executive Director
Executive Director of the Institute, with extensive experience in private security gained across Europe and Africa and as founder of Security Guard Montenegro. He holds degrees in industrial and management studies (Union University) and is a specialist in criminalistics and security management (Academy of Criminalistics and Police Studies and Faculty of Security, Belgrade).
Marijana Marjanović
Project Manager
Project Manager with decades of experience in telecommunications, gained through leading engineering and management roles at Telekom Crne Gore and Telenor. A telecommunications engineer and qualified manager, with professional training in London and the Agile INSEAD programme in Oslo.
Nađa Vuković
Assistant Project Manager
Assistant Project Manager and business secretary, with experience in operational management and administration in the physical-technical security sector. She holds a degree in applied economics (College of Applied Studies in Economics and Administration, Belgrade).
Mijat Marjanović
PR Department
Member of the PR team with experience in security management at Security Guard Montenegro. He graduated in political science — diplomacy, foreign policy and international security (University of Donja Gorica), focusing on global and cyber security and international law.
Branko Vuković
PR Department
Member of the PR team and a graduate political scientist (Faculty of Political Science, University of Montenegro). He gained experience in investigative journalism and public relations at the RTCG public broadcaster and through press-centre coordination.
Ana Vučeković
Secretary
Secretary of the Institute, with experience in administrative and legal affairs in the field of personal and property protection. She graduated from the Faculty of Law (Criminalistics department).
