General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website iprki.me and all content and services provided through it by the Institute for Risk Assessment and Critical Infrastructure (IRACI), with its registered seat at Trg Nikole Kovačevića 3, 81000 Podgorica, Montenegro.
By accessing and using the website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
About the Institute
IRACI is a non-governmental research and expert organisation (think-tank) dedicated to risk assessment, security and the protection of critical infrastructure. The Institute publishes research and issues digital publications (practicums and monographs).

Use of the Website
You may use the website content for personal, informational and non-commercial purposes. You undertake not to use the website in any way that is unlawful, that may damage its operation, or that infringes the rights of third parties.
We reserve the right to modify, temporarily suspend or discontinue parts or all of the website at any time, without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
All materials on the website, including texts, research, publications, graphic elements, the logo and the name of the Institute, are protected by copyright and related rights and are the property of IRACI or its licensors.
Reproduction, distribution, public communication or other use of these materials without the prior written consent of the Institute is not permitted, except where expressly allowed by law or by these Terms.
Orders and Digital Products
Digital publications are ordered by e-mail at hi@iprki.me. Once we receive your order, we provide you with the information needed to make the payment.
Products are delivered exclusively in digital form (PDF), electronically, after the payment has been recorded. Publication prices range from EUR 19.99 to EUR 49.99.
Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in euros (EUR). Payment is made exclusively by bank transfer based on the details we provide together with the order confirmation. The website offers no card payment option and uses no online payment processor.
An order is considered fulfilled once the payment is visible on the Institute's account, after which the publication is delivered.
Limitation of Liability
The website content and publications are informational and research-oriented in nature. Although we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties as to its completeness or applicability to specific situations.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, IRACI shall not be liable for any damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website and the published content.
Changes to the Terms and Governing Law
The Institute reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time. Amended Terms take effect upon publication on the website, so please review them periodically.
These Terms are governed by the law of Montenegro. Any disputes will be resolved amicably and, failing that, before the materially and territorially competent court in Montenegro.
