Refund Policy
Nature of the Products
The Institute sells digital publications (practicums and monographs) delivered in electronic form (PDF). This is digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium.
Publication prices range from EUR 19.99 to EUR 49.99.
Payment and Delivery
Orders are processed by e-mail (hi@iprki.me) and payment is made by bank transfer. We deliver the publication electronically once the payment has been confirmed.
Before delivery, we clearly inform you of the content and price of the publication so that you can make an informed purchase decision.
Right of Withdrawal and Digital Content
Under European Union consumer protection rules, a consumer generally has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. However, for the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, this right ceases once delivery has begun, provided the consumer has given prior express consent and acknowledged that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal.
By ordering and accepting delivery of a digital publication before the withdrawal period expires, you consent to delivery beginning immediately and accept that you lose the right of withdrawal once the file has been downloaded.
When a Refund Is Possible
Although digital products are generally non-refundable after delivery, we will consider a refund in justified cases, for example: if the file was not delivered, if a corrupted or unreadable file was delivered that cannot be replaced, or if an incorrect amount was charged or a double payment was made.
In the event of a technical problem, we will first attempt to deliver a correct file; if that is not possible, we will refund the amount paid.
Complaint and Refund Procedure
Please send any refund or complaint request to hi@iprki.me within a reasonable time, including the order number or description and a description of the problem. We strive to respond to every request as soon as possible.
Approved refunds are made by bank transfer to the account from which the payment was made, unless otherwise agreed.
